We are looking for Males and Females Ages 25+ who currently smoke cigarettes. If you are a current smoker please fill out this survey to see if you qualify. If you do you will be asked to visit the office 5x between 10/9 - 10/19. Each visit you will pick up a product to try at home and complete a survey. Then return every two days. You will be paid $150 + free cigarettes if you complete all 5 visits. Thank you for your time.
